About this location

A 990-foot public fishing pier on the Atlantic, managed by the Loggerhead Marinelife Center on behalf of Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation since 2014.

Fishing fee is $5 ($3 for youth and veterans); spectators without a rod pay $2. Hours vary seasonally — sunrise to sunset March through October due to sea turtle nesting season, extended hours November through February.

The Pier House has a snack bar, tackle rentals, and fish-cleaning tables.

A refurbishment with phased closures was reported starting around June 2026 — call ahead to confirm the pier is fully open before a trip.

Fishing here requires a valid Florida fishing license unless you qualify for an exemption — see our regulations page. Hours, fees, and access rules change; call ahead or check the official site before visiting.
