A city-owned, 976-foot pier open 6 AM to 11 PM daily.
Daily fishing fee is $4; monthly passes run $50 (residents)/$63 (non-residents); annual passes $500/$625. Free for veterans and active military with ID, and there is a free walking program for seniors 50+ on weekday mornings from 6–9 AM.
The on-site concession stocks fresh and frozen bait and tackle.
